During your first visit, your doctor will review your health history and gather information
about you, your life, and your current health condition, in order to determine what care will
be most appropriate.  If necessary, X-rays can be taken and developed in our office. X-rays
allow us to fully understand your problem and enable us to explain the problem to you more
easily. These films help determine the health of your spine, alignment, and degeneration.
With this information, your doctor will be able to determine more exactly what is causing
your problem and what it will take to correct it.

During your second visit, your doctor will discuss with you the findings of the first visit
and his or her recommendations for care.  If you choose, you may begin care at that time.

So that neither you nor your doctor are rushed, we ask that you plan to allow an hour for
each of your first two visits.  If you wish, you may download the New Patient forms , and
then print and fill them out before your visit.

If you're unsure how to answer any section, just leave it blank, and ask us when you come
in. We'll be glad to help you with it.
